Kate's five fun things to do this weekend — April 20 to 22

It's a sunny and warm weekend ahead, which means you'll probably want to escape the house. Here are some suggestions on how to spend this pleasantly spring weekend.

Sunny days and warm temperatures mean you'll want to get out of the house

The good news about this weekend is you'll want to leave your house and you won't be forced by bad weather to stay indoors.

In fact, Environment Canada is calling for sunny skies both days at highs of — gasp! — 11 C on Saturday and 12 C on Sunday. In fact, when you're heading out the door you may want to slap on the sunscreen and grab a hat because spring has finally sprung and the UV index for this week has already been in the "high" range.

To make your weekend even more enjoyable,  consider some of these fun things.
