CBI has registered a case against the former Chief Vigilance Officer of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), Dhanbad in a disproportionate assets case.
It is alleged that between April 2009 to March 2015, he amassed huge movable and immovable assets to the tune of over 71 lakh rupees.
It is further alleged that the accused was involved in illegal financial transactions in his name and others, including family members for possession of assets.
The agency yesterday conducted searches at New Delhi, Gurugram, Dhanbad and Patna.
