Martial’s future at Manchester United is in doubt as he stalls on a new contract.
The France star is said to be unhappy with his playing time and position in recent months,
Martial has been forced to operate on the right wing since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez and prefers to play on the left.
And the Daily Mail claim Mourinho is ready to bring in Richarlison to replace him.

He joined for just £11m under Marco Silva last summer and could move for as much as £40m when the transfer window re-opens.
And Mourinho is said to think he could replace Martial in the United set up and add to the attacking force he is putting together.
Romelu Lukaku leads the line for United with Marcus Rashford, Sanchez, Martial, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata filling the positions around him.
And despite claiming he didn’t need any more forward players after the arrival of Sanchez in January, a move for Richarlison could happen if Martial does leave.
Barcelona and Juventus have been linked with the former Monaco ace.
Martial joined in a move that could eventually be worth £60million with performance-based adds on.
He has cut a frustrated figure under Mourinho and has never fully adopted to his methods after breaking through under Louis van Gaal, and he may feel his time is up and try somewhere new.
United would face competition in the race for Richarlison with Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Juventus all monitoring his situation.
