Tesla and Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina Present Earth Day Drive-In Movie

In a collaboration to build awareness of the fragility of Hawaii’s underwater reef system, Tesla and Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina have partnered to present Chasing Coral, an award-winning documentary film celebrating the oceans’ beauty and bringing attention to the dramatic effects of climate change.

Local Tesla drivers on Oahu are invited to a sunset screening of the film on Four Seasons Ko Olina Lawn set against the backdrop of Oahu’s ruggedly beautiful leeward coast and the vast expanse ocean beyond. Dr. Ruth Gates, Director of Hawai’i Institute of Marine Biology and a key contributor to the film, will share her insight on making the documentary and her experiences studying coral reefs in Hawaii. A drive-in movie concession will feature local craft beer and an earth-friendly beet burger served by Four Seasons Executive Chef Richard Polhemus.

The Earth Day drive-in movie supports the ongoing Four Seasons Drive & Delight program with Tesla, which includes special occasion test drives for guests on Resort and a Tesla Radio flyer experience at Camp Kohola at the Hideaway, a program of daily activities for children aged 5-12 that integrates ocean education, Hawaiian culture and the principles of kindness and empathy. Camp Kohola activities are complimentary with stay. Guests booking specialty suites at published rates at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina enjoy a complimentary Model S or Model X for 48 hours.
