A former Savanna, Oklahoma police officer will spend the next eight years in federal prison.

Jerry Gragg pleaded guilty to violating a woman's civil rights during a traffic stop in January 2017.

Police said the victim accused Gragg of making sexual advances and forcing her to perform a sex act.

Gragg must forfeit his law enforcement certification and register as a sex offender.
