At its meeting on 19 April 2018, the Board of Directors of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2017.
Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 1.5 per share (595,773,680 shares), totally NOK 894 million, are not altered from preliminary figures which were published on 27 February 2018.
Shareholders meeting is scheduled to Wednesday 23 May 2018 in Bergen. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.leroyseafood.com. Summoning will also be sent by post.
