BALLSTON SPA - A village man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly uploading a video of a child engaging in sexual intercourse with a man, Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said.

The home of Nicholas M. Hall, 20, of South Street was searched after a sheriff's investigator received notification that someone at his residence uploaded the video to a cloud storage service associated  with Hall's personal email.

Hall was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, a felony.

He was arraigned in Milton town court and released on probation.
