Thai media group ThaiVisa will be partnering with FazWaz.com to boost the property search on ThaiVisa's website and affiliates.
Under the terms of the deal, FazWaz will exclusively power and serve as a nation wide property search platform coupled with an off-line brokerage model enabling them to fully service types of buyers, sellers and rental request across Thailand.
This is an interesting chapter in the Thailand digital proptech scene - with a number of established online players all fighting for the top spot within the property portal space. This partnerships between Thaivisa and FazWaz emphasizes the closing gap between portals and agencies.
ThaiVisa predominantly serves the expat and foreign community both living within and outside Thailand, offering extensive Thai and global news along essential Thai specific information such as visa and immigration updates. It also contains a very active email database acquired over the last 10 years of operation - enabling them to deeply penetrate into expat markets across Thailand.
