A woman was killed in a Lee County crash involving a school district bus, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Taylor Brooke Lee, 23, died when her 2016 Volkswagen Jetta failed to yield at an intersection and drove into the path of the school bus.
The crash happened at Corkscrew Road and Corkscrew Woodlands Boulevard at 2:07 p.m.
Lee was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead of her injuries.
A passenger in her vehicle, 22-year-old Brittany Marie Diaz of Coral Springs, remains in serious condition at Lee Memorial Hospital.
The school bus was driven by Amanda Leigh Timte, 27, who was taken to Gulf Medical Center with serious injuries.
