Parshuram Jayanti celebrated

The birth anniversary of Lord Parashuram was celebrated here at Kali Sthan on Wednesday.

Ravindra Tiwari, a member of the Regional Coordinator Co-operation Road Safety Committee, Ganesh Dutt Upadhyaya and Vice-President Anil Kumar Pandey were present on the occasion as Chief Guest.

On the occasion, Ravindra Tiwari said that there is a misconception among people about Lord Parashurama. People think that Lord Parasurama did only work for Brahmins. But this is not true. Lord Parshuram had preserved the entire society by destroying the then ruling ruler class. He said that Lord Parashuram promoted the entire society.

The programme was also addressed by Ganesh Dutt Upadhyay, Anil Kumar Pandey, Parmanand Pandey, Ashish Kumar Dubey , Sachchidanand Pandey etc. On the occasion, Abhishek Tiwari, Rambhal Dubey, Amarendra Upadhyay, Vipuldar Dubey, Udit Anshu, Rohit Dubey, Saketh Mishra, Rahul Pandey, Nawalesh Dhar Dubey, Vishal Tiwari, Rajiv Ranjan Tiwari, Vipin Tiwari, Praveen Tiwari, Birendra Tiwari, Gyan Ranjan, Nandu Pandey, Badshah Dube and many other people were present.
