The Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a stabbing outside a Fort Myers Beach bar that sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries.
Deputies along with Major Crimes Unit detectives are at the Mermaid Lounge, located at 1204 Estero Blvd. The scene has extended onto Estero Blvd., restricting traffic down to one lane.
The LCSO has identified both people involved in the stabbing and is not seeking additional suspects. Check news-press.com for more on this story.
