The Times of Malta continues with another of the Daphne Project revelations, this time about payments of $1.6 million to a Dubai-based company called 17 Black. It also carries a story about the fact that none of the people named by the murdered blogger, Daphne Caruana Galizia, had been interrogated.

L-Orizzont writes about the link between economic growth and the fight against poverty, as well as the trial of a man facing charges after an occupational accident, which found him not guilty of involuntary homicide.

The Malta Independent also carries the 17 Black story, as well as a report in which Environment Minister Jose Herrera says that no options have been excluded in the fuel station policy now being considered.

In-Nazzjon too features the 17 Black story, along with the news that Opposition Leader Adrian Delia called for Parliament to be adjourned for an 'urgent public discussion' on the story a day earlier about Minister Chris Cardona, which was approved, allowing him to argue that the public had a right to know the truth.
