Raghubar Das today accused party of trying to falsely implicate in death of Justice B H and said the verdict was a "slap on the face of Congress".

The CM comment came after the dismissed a batch of pleas seeking an independent probe into the alleged mysterious death of special CBI B H Loya, who was hearing the high-profile Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.
