• RubberDucks: Altoona’s Cole Tucker singled in the go-ahead run off Jordan Milbrath in 10th inning, and the visiting Curve beat Double-A Akron, 2-1. Michael Peoples went seven innings for the RubberDucks (7-6). He struck out six. DH Dorssys Paulino doubled and scored on a single by right fielder Ka’ai Tom.

• Hillcats: Visiting advanced Single-A Lynchburg (7-7) took the lead in the 10th inning on a Li-Jen Chu sacrifice fly, but Potomac answered with two runs in the bottom half to win, 5-4. Chu was 3-for-4 with a solo home run and two RBI. Luis Jimenez pitched the ninth and 10th innings and took the loss. He’s 0-2.

• Captains: Shortstop Ernie Clement drove in three runs, and Single-A Lake County evened its record at 6-6 with a 4-3 win at Lansing.
