Woman sustains serious injuries in Armadale bus crash

Multiple people have been injured in a suspected head-on collision between a bus and a car in Perth's southern suburbs on Thursday evening.

The incident occurred just after 5.20pm, when a SUV and a mini bus travelling on Armadale Road near Piara Waters collided.

Two people were trapped inside the SUV, and one person was trapped inside the bus.

They were eventually freed from the wreckage by emergency services and were treated by paramedics.

A man was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital, and it's understood one woman has been taken to hospital with "serious injuries".
