Having been with the company since 2008, Luckett has brought Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville to a new and elevated level, receiving an array of accolades including the recent Mariott Hotel of the Year in the Distinctive Premium Class award.
With a quickly expanding portfolio, CEO and Founder Richard C. Kessler understands that “it will take a strong leader to coordinate and guide our operations team to new heights,” and believes Luckett is up to the task, having earned the 2017 General Manager of the Year award for an astounding three years. In his new position, Luckett will play a key component in the brand’s management, leading the portfolio’s general manager team while working alongside key partners and corporate directors to ensure hotel operations stand in support of the brand’s mission, values and trajectory.
As a hospitality industry veteran, John Luckett has earned more than 20 years of experience in the industry, enabling him to provide excellent service and earn a flawless track record while leading his property to numerous accolades and a consistently satisfied collection of guests.
