Carrie Law, CEO Juwai.com

A Hong Kong native and fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Carrie Law has over 20 years of experience in the real estate realm. Last year Law was appointed CEO of Juwai.com, the biggest Chinese international property portal, which empowers Chinese-speaking consumers in making informed and educated decisions in purchasing overseas property.

Carrie Law sat down with us for a brief interview at the Property Portal Watch Bangkok Conference 2018, last month.

When asked what the biggest challenge(s) Juwai faces, or has faced, in the emerging race to the transaction model, Law stated that Juwai, being a cross-border portal servicing Chinese people, has had to focus on the needs of its consumers, asking where and what these consumers seek to buy in the future. Taking this into consideration, Law views Juwai as being in the rare position of going beyond the portal.
