Role Title Regional Manager Marketing- Wellness Nutrition Location Regional Office - Gurugram Department Marketing Reports to Regional Manager and Matrix reporting to respective Category Head Wellness Purpose of Role This Role would be instrumental in implementing influencing National Category Strategy and programs and responsible to suggest and execute meaningful local insight driven solutions to achieve Regional Category objectives Perform all matters related to categories and brands in the region by way of supervision guidance and implementation support to regional marketing executives Primary Responsibilities 1 Ensuring regional supervision guidance and decision making of marketing activities related to categories and its brands and representation of the marketing department in the region in specific categories Product launches Promotions Brand awareness events Brand center activations Merchandising product displays Clubs communities 2 Support and drive product launches Ensuring that Distributors understand the new products features and benefits Increasing distributor participation in the launch Deliver merchandising launch meets and other activation programs around the launch Suggest and execute local initiatives to enhance impact of the launch 3 Responsible to implement enhance the implementation and impact of national programs 4 Conceptualize get approved and implement bottom up local initiatives for specific geographies or distributors in line with the category strategy to achieve category and distributor specific objectives 5 Governing and guiding Regional Marketing Executives in regional marketing execution activities 6 Delivering against specific region category targets and against specific KPIs such as Achieve sales and distributor leadership target Achieve COI target profitability Ensure provision of enablers support to distributors Deliver on strategic initiatives related to marketing and ensure market hygiene in specific category in a region Drive team development and work satisfaction Activities Manage new product launches within category Provide strategic inputs and supervision for all brand events for consumers and distributors Provide support in hiring and training outsourced brand centre consultants Manage outsourced brand centre consultants Provide strategic support and direction in visual branding product displays merchandising at locations and events Manage activities related to clubs communities such as Artistry or Protein Club Manage delivery of product information to trainers Interact with the HO marketing team for roll out HO strategy in the regions Span of Control Direct Reports - 2 Indirect reports - 5-8 Brand Centre consultants in the region off-role Required Qualifications Experience Skills MBA in marketing 6 years of experience in the field Product Knowledge Good Communication Presentation skills Team Player with good interpersonal skills Knowledge of the market competition competitive positioning and pricing brand management advertising and communications Target orientation achievement
