Prime Minister Narendra Modi is holding the meeting with his UK counterpart Theresa May in London. Issues of Trade, Cyber Security, innovation, healthcare, technology and others are likely to figure prominently in the meeting. Sources said, the visit of Mr Modi will mostly focus on two themes - one is named as - The Living Bridge and the second is - the partnership in the field of technology.
Explaining the Living Bridge concept, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs K Nagaraj Naidu said, Prime Minister will meet scientists, artists, scholars who have contributed in strengthening bilateral relation.
He said efforts will be made to carry forward the relation further ahead by engaging the next generation. Under technology focus, New Delhi is looking at new age areas of engagement between the two countries. India - UK Technology Alliance will also be announced comprising of young CEOs from both the countries.
The Prime Minister will address INDIA-UK CEO Forum today. AIR Correspondent reports that today Prime Minister will also meet Queen Elizabeth Second. Mr Modi will attend Bharat ki Baat, Sabke Saath, a unique conservation program.
