WATCH | Man hung upside down, beaten for stealing mobile phone

A man was ruthlessly beaten and hung upside down by locals in Darbhanga's Hingoli village for allegedly stealing a mobile phone.

In a video made by a spectator, the accused could be seen being beaten up mercilessly by a group. Later, he is hung upside down using ropes and chains.

The local police officials have arrested three people accused of beating the man.
