Job Description Define Align the Category and brand portfolio strategy to deliver growth ambition Develop purposeful Brand Keys to ensure that brands win preference and build brand equity Lead market research consumer insights programme leading to deeper understanding of the target audience across brands Lead Innovation management and create an innovation pipeline for the category and individual brands Develop a brand platform for each brand in the category Positioning Brand promise Packaging Pricing Create a brand-wise product road map for each Business to deliver the brand promise and reinforce the brand positioning Work along with R D and manufacturing on NPD and launch products at the targeted price points and margins Create communication platforms for each brand in the category based on positioning and promise Develop brand guidelines and templates Jointly work with Business Development to create the training content for the sales force Plan and execute brand-wise media ATL plans deploy budgets and monitor efficiency of the same Track brand equity understand strengths and weaknesses and take corrective actions Understand Market Shares and take corrective action by strengthening equity and product offering Regards Chaitali Shah
