RAJKOT: A state transport bus going from
Dwarka to
Bhavnagar was vandalized by a group of Dalits on 80 feet Road near
Ambedkar Nagar after Monday midnight.
The group of Dalits, who were reportedly drunk, stopped the bus outside Ambedkar Nagar gate and hurled glass bottles and stones on it.
The front glass of the bus was completely shattered. They even tried to forcibly eject the passengers to torch the bus but were unsuccessful, said Thorala police.
The group was shouting slogans demanding justice for
Kathua gang rape and murder victim.
