Castrol has launched their new range of Castrol Magnatec engine oils with the ‘Dualock technology’, which the company claims is designed for handling the stressful start-stop conditions in the traffic.
Kedar Apte, VP Marketing, Castrol India said, “An average driver can stop and start as many as 18,000 times a year and can spend up to one-third of the journey time idling. This puts up to 66 percent more load on critical engine parts compared to driving on the open road. The reinvented Castrol Magnatec formulation with groundbreaking Dualock technology is engineered specifically for such stressful driving conditions.”
Castrol has announced that the Dualock technology is available on the full range of the Castrol Magnatec product portfolio across all its viscometrics that ranges from 15W-40 to 0W-20.
