Mary Ann Marticek Hopewell Township Mary Ann Marticek, 78, of Hopewell Twp., passed away Monday, April 16, 2018, in Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford. Born May 11, 1939, in Aliquippa, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Corey and Jennie (Beshero) Ayoob. Mrs. Marticek retired as a housekeeper from the Pittsburgh International Airport. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Hopewell Twp., attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, and Mother Teresa of Calcutta Maronite Catholic Mission. Surviving are her devoted husband, Raymond G. Marticek, whom she married September 26, 1964; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Raymond A. Marticek, Joseph J. Marticek, and Michael and Gabrielle Marticek; four beloved granddaughters, Sabrina, Naudia, Olivia, and Isabella; a sister and brother-in-law, Christine and Eric Schott; a brother-in-law, Ashok Gidwani; and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Elias "Louie" and Josephine Ayoob, and two sisters and a brother- in-law, Anita Gidwani and Rosella and Charlie Costanza. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, www.tatalovichfuneralhome.com, where a service will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Center Twp., with Fr. Martin Bartel and Fr. Antoine concelebrating. Entombment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. A Parish vigil service will be held Wednesday at 3:45 p.m. in the funeral home. The family would like to thank Mary Ann's caregiver, Sue, for all her kindness and loving care. Mary Ann was a kind and loving person, who had an incredible sense of humor. There wasn't a person that she didn't love, nor a person who didn't feel her warmth. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
