Wildwood Cultural Center class to educate on cooking pasta from scratch

Pasta from scratch is on the menu set for April 24 at Wildwood Cultural Center, 7645 Little Mountain Road, Mentor, with instructor Judi Strauss.

Discover and try carrot, broccoli, sesame, sour cream and whole wheat pastas, along with recipes for store-bought types. When you learn how to roll and prepare, it you’ll see why it’s a dinnertime favorite.

The fee is $17, with a $3 discount for Mentor residents. An additional $8 food fee is payable in cash to Strauss on class night. Sign up at 440-974-5720.
