Key Responsibilities - End to end responsibility for new category product development and new category product launches - Categories would include mix of new brand work new category work-and existing brands new category work - Responsibilities would include category mapping concept work working in leading CFTs for new product development - New product work would include RTM planning working with sales and trade marketing to develop RTM managing overall launches in market including communication development marketing initiatives for developing new products - Responsibilities would also include driving strategy planning top line budget management bottom line for above - Driving market research consumer insights and business analytics - Lead the Market Research function - Work with brand teams to design implement researches - Lead team on enhancing consumer insights process - Lead on improving business brand analytics
