Perhaps you've heard of this Westworld thing? It's an HBO show about killer (and sexy) robots that are part of a futuristic Western-themed amusement park where flesh-and-blood humans can live out their wildest fantasies of sex, violence or drinkin' sarsaparilla in a true-to-life Wild West saloon.

The anticipated second season begins Apr. 22 on HBO, but perhaps you don't have an HBO subscription and are more of a "try before you buy" kind of consumer. Well I have good news! You can watch all of Season 1 of Westworld for free! Provided you meet one criteria: you must be a Comcast Xfinity customer.

The cable giant is running a promotion which gives its customers the opportunity to watch Season 1 of Westworld for free through its on-demand service or app at no cost. Obviously the enticement here is to get you hooked on the show and pony up for an HBO subscription to watch Season 2, but hey, you can stick it to them by just stopping after Season 1. (But you won't want to, and let me tell you, the first few episodes of Season 2 are great.)

But it's not just Westworld. Xfinity's Watchathon week also includes more shows from HBO (like Game of Thrones and Big Little Lies), Starz (including Power, Outlander or my favorite show this year, Counterpart), Showtime (such as Billions and Homeland), FX, AMC and others. It's like being fancy pants Bill Gates for a week!

The promotion runs from no until April 22, the same day Season 2 of Westworld premieres.
