Former FAA aviation safety inspector Timothy Cislo has been charged with bribery and wire fraud. He had also been charged with failing to conduct safety inspections on aircraft in exchange for gifts. Cislo pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Guam. Cislo accepted a Taylorcraft BC-12D aircraft valued at about $20,000 from Hansen Helicopters and its employees.
