ELKINS PARK, Pa., April 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Noah Bank declared a cash dividend in the amount of 1.25 cents per share, payable on May 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 17, 2018. Edward E. Shin, President and CEO of Noah Bank stated, "This action represents Noah Bank's first cash dividend. The Board is pleased with the growth and profitability of the Bank and determined that it is appropriate to share some of the profits with our loyal shareholders."
As of March 31, 2018, Noah Bank had total assets of approximately $387 million, deposits of approximately $331 million and loans of approximately $339 million.
