Training progs on ‘Role of Artisans’ held

HRDC Bhopal has organised a series of two Training Programmes of two- day duration each, on ‘Need of the Hour-Role of Artisans’ starting from April 16 to 17 and form April 18 to 19.

The Chief Guest on the occasion was K Mathur, GM (SCR), BHEL Bhopal. The faculty for this Programme is Ramakrishna Tanikella, from Institute of Positive Management Solutions, Hyderabad. Amitabh Dubey, AGM (HRD), Swagata S Saxena, DGM (HRD) were also present during the inauguration of the programmes. Artisans of different cadres were the participants.

Amitabh Dubey, AGM (HRD) welcomed the distinguished guests and shared according to the Training Need Identification Process, two programmes of two-day duration on ‘Need of the Hour– Role of Artisans’ is planned from April 16 to 17 and April 17 to 19. He urged the workers to learn and interact more during the programme so that they can take more from the programme in order to contribute towards the fulfillment of objectives of the organization.

K Mathur, GM (SCR) shared that he feels that the programme ‘Need of the hour’ is needed not only for the Artisan but also for all employees of BHEL. The objective of these programmes revolves around Ethical work practices and Change Management, in which Managing Self, Rules of Communication, Time Management, Conflict Management, Stress Management becomes the integral part of the programme.
