BJP MLA’s criticism of CM flayed

Taking exception to BJP Floor Leader P. Vishnu Kumar Raju’s comments against the Chief Minister, former MLA S.A. Rahman said BJP will get a fitting reply in the next elections.

Mr. Raju who once heaped praise on the Chief Minister making trenchant criticism was not justified citing Mr. Chandrababu Naidu’s reported remarks against the Prime Minister in Singapore, the former VUDA Chairman here on Monday.

BJP leaders should take up the injustice done to Andhra Pradesh with their leaders at the Centre and instead of that if they tried to mislead people they would not even be able to secure their deposit in the next elections, he said.

Mr. Rahman said Mr. Raju and Mr. Madhav should not forget that they had won with the support of TDP leaders and cadres.

BJP had failed to fulfil the promises made during bifurcation and it would pay a heavy price with Mr. Chandrababu Naidu leading the fight from the front, the former VUDA Chairman said.
