Turnover on NSE's F&O segment rises
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 5.87 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 5.16 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 20.35 points or 0.19% to settle at 10,548.70.
Titan Company, DLF, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation, Jubilant Foodworks and State Bank of India (SBI) were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Titan Company April 2018 futures traded at 1001.50, at a premium over spot closing of 999. DLF April 2018 futures traded at 216.95, at a premium over spot closing of 216.10.
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation April 2018 futures traded at 589.10, at a premium over spot closing of 587.60. Jubilant Foodworks April 2018 futures traded at 2522.50, at a premium over spot closing of 2514. SBI April 2018 futures traded at 248.85, at a premium over spot closing of 248.15.
The April 2018 F&O contracts expire on 26 April 2018.
