IPL 2018 Match 14: FPJ’s Dream XI for Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore

Defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) are yet to register a win in an 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) while Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have won one out of three. They take on each other at Wankhede Stadium today.

Meanwhile, looking back at the MI’s campaign- three back-to-back nail-biting losses, it is not surprising to see their situation. Earlier, also in the past, MI came back to winning ways despite losing initial games and put up match-winning performances. MI will be hoping that skipper Rohit Sharma gets into his action mode as she has scored merely 44 runs in his three innings so far this season. Here we see the probable dream XI for today’s match.

Mumbai Indians: Evin Lewis, Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Krunal Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya, Mayank Markande, Adam Milne, Ben Cutting, Rahul Chahar

Both, MI and RCB have plethora of explosive batsmen who are yet to fire this season. RCB started off on a losing note away from home, to Kolkata Knight Riders, but then brought their campaign on track with a convincing win over Kings XI Punjab at home. They then lost a high-scoring game to Rajasthan Royals at home. Here is the probable Dream XI of RCB.

Royal Challengers Bangalore: Virat Kohli, Quinton de Kock, AB de Villiers, Brendon McCullum, Mandeep Singh, Tim Southee, Sarfaraz Khan, Washinton Sudar, Umesh Yadav, Kulwant Khejroliya, Mohammed Siraj
