Selected as the theme region of the festival this year, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur is the second most visited French region, spans from the Southern Rhône Valley to the Mediterranean coastline in the South-eastern part of France. The region’s Mediterranean climate with abundant sunshine is reflected on plates with colourful and fragrant dishes, as well as exceptional flavours, while wines produced in the region have a great aromatic diversity and a solar character.
T’ang Court
Experience a lavish eight-course tasting menu at Three-Michelin-Starred T’ang Court. From premium Braised Abalone with Bêche-de-Mer to Baked Seafood Rice with Cream Sauce in Crab Shell, T’ang Court’s signature dishes are paired with a distinguished selection of E. Guigal Southern Rhône wines.
The exclusive wine pairing menu is available from 1 to 31 May 2018 for lunch and dinner and is priced at HK$1,800 per person, subject to 10% service charge.
Bostonian Seafood & Grill
Throughout May, Bostonian Seafood & Grill presents an exquisite four-course set dinner featuring Foie Gras Terrine layered with porcini mushrooms, port reduction and garden salad, Marseille Seafood Soup with herbs de Provence and rouille, De Charolles AOC French Beef Tenderloin and Catch of The Day from Brittany. End the evening on a sweet note with the delicate Paris–Brest with mascarpone cream, gianduja and baileys.
The menu is priced at HK$498 per person. Simply top up HK$300 for Southern Rhône wine pairing. Subject to 10% service charge.
The Food Gallery
Savour the Provençal and Mediterranean delights at The Food Gallery in May, the lunch and dinner buffet spread will be extended with over 60 French favourites on a rotation basis. Marseille Bouillabaisse, Oysters Mornay, Daube Provençal, Pissaladière and Baba Au Rhum are there to satisfy all palates.
Lunch and dinner buffet are priced from HK$298 and HK$608 per adult respectively, subject to 10% service charge.
Main St. Deli
Devour Main St. Deli’s finger-licking French Burger. Priced at HK$298, the one-of-a-kind creation sandwiched with foie gras, caramelised onion, comté cheese in Dijon mustard, black truffle dressing and is served with French fries. Complete with Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé for a sense of joie de vivre. Subject to 10% service charge.
Artesian
Sip and savour the journey to Provence as Artesian offers Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé from Côtes de Provence. Order two of any selected beverages to enjoy complimentary House-made Salmon Rillettes in Jar with Toasted Baguette during the Aperitivo Hour 6-8pm daily.
