WWE news: British megastar Drew McIntyre set to join RAW or Smackdown soon
DREW McINTYRE looks set to rejoin the WWE main roster this week.
Scotsman McIntyre is one of the most talented British wrestlers in the world.
According to Give Me Sport, the ex-Intercontinental Champion could be the next NXT superstar to move to the main roster either tonight on RAW or tomorrow on Smackdown - but nothing has been confirmed yet.
The 32-year-old has been cleared to wrestle again after suffering a torn bicep and rumours suggest he is in Hartford, Connecticut where tonight’s RAW episode takes place.
According to reports, all of Smackdown stars have also attended the Monday Night show for Day One of Superstar Shake-up.

McIntyre will look for redemption when he finally rejoins the WWE main stables.
The ex-WWE Tag Team Champion was publicly endorsed by the promotion’s Chairman Vince McMahon as a future world champion and called him The Chosen One after debuting in 2009.
The Scotsman though never truly lived up to the hype and was released from the company after a poor stint at 3MB in 2014.

But after returning to the indy scene and standing out at Impact Wrestling, McIntyre built a much more credible reputation.
The South Ayrshire native won the NXT Championship on his return to WWE last year after defeating Bobby Roode.
He lost the title to Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas at NXT Takeover: WarGames in November and was sidelined with an injury ever since.
