GUNTUR: The State Assembly Speaker K Siva Prasad Rao will participate in a bicycle rally to express his displeasure against the Centre’s attitude towards Andhra Pradesh.

He announced that he would take part in the rally and fast for one-day to express his solidarity to CM Chandrababu Naidu’s decision to go on fast on his birthday on April 20.

The bicycle rally on April 19 would begin from Narasaraopet to Kotappakonda and the Speaker would be joined by members of the Telugu Desam Party. CM Naidu had announced to observe a day-long fast at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada on his birthday demanding implementation of AP Reorganization Act and fulfilment of the bifurcation promises made to the State.
