A 30-year-old Columbus man was cited for OVI, marijuana possession and failure to comply after he didn't immediately pull over during a traffic stop at 6:32 p.m. April 3 at state Route 161 and New Albany Road, according to the New Albany Police Department.
Police found marijuana inside the vehicle, arrested the driver and transported him to the New Albany police station.

* A 20-year-old Columbus woman was cited for drug abuse and controlled-substance possession or use after police at 2:25 p.m. April 3 arrived to help her with a vehicle lockout in the 6200 block of Fitch Path. Narcotics were found inside the vehicle.
* A 21-year-old Westerville man was cited for drug paraphernalia, drug abuse and controlled-substance possession or use after narcotics were discovered during a traffic stop at 3:54 p.m. April 2 at Fodor and East Dublin-Granville roads.
* A New Albany Road East resident reported identity theft at 2:07 p.m. April 2.
