      After becoming popular in Hindi, Bangla, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil, the Marathi version of Indian reality show Bigg Boss kicked off on Sunday evening. The first season of Bigg Boss Marathi will be hosted by actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar. In the premiere episode, Mahesh introduced the audience to fifteen popular Marathi celebrities who will live in the Bigg Boss house for 100 days.

      Resham Tipnis was the first contestant to enter Bigg Boss Marathi. The actor is a known face having acted in Marathi and Hindi serials and films.
