30-year-old hangs himself in city

A 30-year-old man committed suicide by hanging with a tree at Kanha Kunj under Kolar police station area on Saturday.

According to the police, the deceased Pradeep Khare was found hanging and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.

Police were informed and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started investigation.

During the investigation police found that  deceased left the house after taking Saree of his wife, she wife informed deceased’s brother and when the family started to search the deceased he was found hanging with a tree.

After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.

The deceased used to work with Bhopal Municipal Corporation and was heavily addicted to liquor.

The reason behind the suicide remains unknown and suicide note was not found. The family members are yet to record their statements which could help in revealing the reason behind the suicide.

 Meanwhile, a 40-year-old man died after he was mowed down by a speeding car near MPPEB square under Habibganj police station area on Saturday.An injured man was rushed to a nearby hospital after he was hit by a speeding vehicle. The injured died during treatment.

The deceased was identified as Bharat Singh of Bheem Nagar. The body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 304 A was registered by police. Police have started further investigation into the matter.
