Nagpur has a lot of
youngsters who are forever trying hard to save the helpless street animals and strays. As a part of this endeavour, animal rights activist
Smita Mire organised a seminar and awareness campaign to save hundreds of
strays who face the vagaries of weather and even
human cruelty.
Addressing students, Smita shared ways to protect these innocent animals and stressed on the need for
adoption of these beautiful, loving and caring animals.
We saw a lot of youngsters giving presentations and taking an oath to adopt these strays as
pets instead of opting for exotic expensive breeds.
