Ingredients:
- 1 pound of large Peeled and deveined shrimp
- Fresh black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
Directions:
- In a large, preheated pan on medium/high heat
- Add your butter or olive oil
- Then add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Stir in lemon juice and add black pepper to taste
- Continue cooking for 3-4 more minutes or until done
