A 22-year-old Kitchener man has be charged with second-degree murder after a man was stabbed to death early Sunday morning.

A 22-year-old Kitchener man has be charged with second-degree murder after a man was stabbed to death early Sunday morning.

    Police responded to reports of an "altercation" outside a Kenora Avenue home just after midnight and arrived to find a man suffering from a stab wound.

    The injured man, 23-year-old Lam Diing, was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

    According to police, the two men were known to each other, and the killing was "a targeted attack."

    The major crime unit is investigating.
