Famous Punjabi singer Parmish Verma who was shot by some unidentified assailants has recently thanked God and his fan for love and support. On Sunday, Parmish shared a photo of first Sikh guru, Guru Nanak Sahib with a post.
It reads, “Babe Nanak di Mehar naal main theek Haan, sare Fans dian duawaan naal ne, meri kisse naal vi koi tareeke di Dushmani nhi, jiwen Meri maa aaj roi hai, Punjab de kisse putt di maa kade na Rowe. Sarbat Da Bhala. (I’m fine with God and fans blessings. I don’t have rivalry with anybody. Never ever want any mother from Punjab cry like my mother cried seeing my situation. God bless all!)
Parmish who shot to fame with his song ‘Gaal Nahin Kadhnai’, was admitted to a private hospital in Mohali on April 14. “Some unidentified persons fired shots at Parmish last night at Sector 91 in Mohali when he was returning home. A bullet hit his leg,” Mohali Senior Superintendent of Police Kuldeep Chahal said.
According to India Today reports, a gangster named Dilpreet Singh had taken responsibility for the attack. Those who don’t know, Parmish Verma has officially been signed for the Punjabi version of Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Singham’.
