Now, watch live streaming of animals at Vandalur zoo

Wildlife enthusiasts across the world will soon be able to view animals at the Arignar Anna Zoological Park in Vandalur through live streaming on the Internet.

Enclosures housing animals such as lion, chimpanzee, lion-tailed macaque and Indian Gaur will be streamed live when they are in the display area.

After working hours, the animals will be in enclosures that will not be covered, said zoo officials.

Online booking

The zoo officials have announced a night stay package for visitors at the guest house on the zoo campus. Visitors can book online stay at the zoo for a night. The package includes stay in the guest house followed by a tour of the zoo in a battery operated vehicle the next morning (maximum of 90 minutes).

The guests must carry the ID proof along with them.

The zoo school also conducted interactive sessions by experts, who will take classes for children on topics related to the environment.
