Cong Nabakalebar with Prasad as head!

Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Prasad Harichandan on Saturday again said that a “Nabakalebar” (total overhauling) of the party organisation “from top to bottom” in the State is on the cards.

However, political observers wonder if the sweeping revamping of the party structure which Harichandan repeated talking about would also include his replacement as the PCC chief as being vociferously demanded by a large section of the party, particularly almost all of the 15 MLAs.

Harichandan told reporters here, “We have been telling you about revamping of the party since one year ago. You will see it after the results of the organisational elections from booths to top level are announced. The poll results for the posts of block and district presidents will be declared very soon.”
