₹ 13.5 lakh seized at checkpost in Sidlaghatta taluk

Police seized ₹ 13.42 lakh at a checkpost in Sidlaghatta taluk of Chickballapur district on Saturday.

The police at the checkpost at Hunasenahalli under Rural police limits checked a car and found the cash which was being transported without proper documents. They took five persons, who were travelling in the car, into custody for interrogation.
