James F. "Howdy" "Andy" Anderson III, 71, of Spooner, Wis., passed peacefully away Thursday, April 5, 2018, from a sudden illness at his home surrounded by his family and friends.
James is survived by his wife, Deborah Anderson; his children, Angela (Daren) Campbell, Aaron (Amber) Anderson and Joleen (Steve) Anderson; stepchildren, Holly (Joe) Howe, Misty (Jon) Weaver and Patrick (Deanna) Jones; grandchildren, Andrew and Chloe Campbell, AJ Anderson, Jaiden Glessing, Logan Burg, Lucee Howe, Stella Weaver and Karlynda, Dylan and Autumn Jones; great-grandchild, Brynlee Seewell; one brother, Steve (MaryKay) Anderson; one sister, Teresa (Larry) Janda; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents; two brothers, Mick and Dave Anderson; and one sister, Barbie Anderson.
A gathering of family and friends for James was held April 10 at Spooner Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery with full military honors at a later date.
Memorials will be given by the family to the AA community and veterans organizations. Arrangements were entrusted to Spooner Funeral Home.
