The theme of the forum is “Go With the Flow - Pipelines Working For You”.
Pipelines crisscross Kansas and under Butler County, a vital part of the regional economy.  El Dorado is an energy city.  Energy is our past, present and future.  Our energy story is one of national significance.
All who are interested in shared energy future is invited to attend the free forum.  Albert Hogoboom Oilfield Trucking and Magellan and NuStar are hosting lunch for those who RSVP by Friday, April 13.  Seating is limited.  Please call 316 321 3088 to reserve your place.
The Downtown Historic District is defined by buildings primarily from the boom times following the strike of the renowned Stapleton Well in 1917.  Refineries and pipelines quickly followed and have been a part of the community since oil was discovered in this area.
Premier pipeline companies include: Phillips 66 Pipeline, Magellan Pipeline, Holly Energy Pipeline, Nu Star Energy, and Jayhawk, a susbsidiary of CHS Inc., are presenting the forum.  The forum is an ideal platform to convey accurate in-depth information concerning the pipeline industry and management challenges.  Better understanding of pipelines and how they operate will help ensure the highest quality of life and standard of living for all.
