Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The Centre will launch Gram Swaraj Abhiyaan from tomorrow to push for inclusion of marginalised people in most backward villages of the country in welfare schemes. The Abhiyaan will continue till 5th of next month.

Through the campaign to be launched on the birth anniversary Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar, the government will reach out to the poor in the 21,000 most backward villages in the country and will make them aware about the government's all welfare schemes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially launch the 'Gram Swaraj' campaign from Bijapur in Chhattisgarh. Under the Abhiyaan, some days will also be observed which are social justice day, Swachh Bharat Parv, Ujjwala Diwas, Panchayati Raj Diwas and Gram Shakti Diwas. For the empowerment of poor and farmers, BJP’s representatives will take the campaign among the rural areas of the country.
