Season best for SA's Mokoka in 10 000m

Gold Coast - He missed out on a medal, but South Africa's Stephen Mokoka achieved a season-best time in the men's 10 000m final at the Commonwealth Games on Friday.

Mokoka finished sixth in a time of 27:44.58.

Uganda's Joshua Cheptegei won gold in a Games record time of 27:19.62, while Canada's Mohammed Ahmad claimed silver in 27:20.56 and Kenya's Rodgers Kwemoi bronze in 27:28.66.
